We have a passion for helping others create and strengthen meaningful relationships in their lives, whether it be with their partner, loved one or self. We use Emotionally Focused Therapy as our model as we guide you and your significant other on the path towards healing and connection through emotionally safe, open and honest conversations. We enjoy working with couples and relationships and helping you identify and change hurtful relationship patterns and create healing and connection through new healthy experiences. Healing and change happen through relationships when we feel secure and loved. As your therapist, our goal is to provide you with a safe, secure, non-judgmental atmosphere so that the growth and change you seek can occur and helping you both learn how to be an A.R.E. partner – accessible, responsive and engaged.
