I’m a fourth-generation Arizona native and feel fortunate to call this community home.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our two kids, and our two energetic dogs. I love being outdoors—whether that’s hiking, running, or exploring new places- I love adventure. I’m also obsessed with reading fiction, as an escape and because stories shed light on our humanity and parts of ourselves.
I believe growth often happens in small, but meaningful moments, and that perspective shapes the way I approach therapy as well.
My Experience
I’ve been helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships since 2009.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings and with people from many different backgrounds. Those experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply: every person has a story worth understanding, and lasting change happens when people feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported.
A Few Things to Know About Me
● I believe healthy relationships aren’t conflict-free—they’re built through repair.
● I don't push all couples to stay together no matter what - sometimes couples go through therapy and end up deciding that the healthiest outcome is not together, but apart. I am here to help guide you to the healthiest outcomes, whatever that looks like.
● I’ll often help you look beneath the surface problem to understand the pattern underneath it. Getting to the root of the issue.
● I believe humor has a place in therapy. There are times we may laugh together, times we may cry together.
● I think spending time outdoors is one of the best ways to reset a busy nervous system.
● I believe it’s never too late to build stronger relationships—with others or with yourself.
