• $165 per 50-60 minute therapy session
• $247.50 per 75-90 minute therapy session

Penelope Hatter & Shannon Alley

• $160 per 50-60 minute therapy session
• $240 per 75-90 minute therapy session

Longer sessions or multiple day intensive sessions are available upon request.

Insurance

We do not accept or bill insurance and are private pay providers, so that we can keep your information confidential and do not have to provide a diagnosis if not indicated or desired and provide the best care possible.  Depending on your out-of-network benefits with your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.  We can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company and request out of network benefits.

Payment

We accept cash, check, HSA cards and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
